a complete and comprehensive approach to horsemanship

True Blue Equine's Lesson Program uses a levels-based experiential learning workbook paired with professionally designed lesson plans for complete and comprehensive growth and learning. Our program is not solely focused on "learning how to ride", but rather how riding horses can teach you to succeed in every arena of life.

Each semester consists of 13 weekly 90-minute small group sessions that focus on a horse skill, riding skill, life skill, and educational standard. The program is facilitated by a Horsemanship Coach and/or Assistant Coach/Mentor. The learner outcomes are outlined in the workbook that every student receives upon enrollment and are updated weekly so that you can track your progress! In addition to riding and horse care, the program also incorporates STEAM education, social-emotional learning, service projects, career exploration, and more.
